Learning Reiki required no prior experience. Reiki, pronounced “ray key”, means Universal Life Force energy. This energy is all around us, and we can channel it.
Reiki is a simple and natural healthcare system that can easily be learnt by anyone for self-care and the care of family, friends and clients.
You will learn that as Reiki practitioners, we have the tools available to assist ourselves when life gets tough and we can’t find the optimism in the moment. Reiki advises us to be gentle with ourselves; to know that we still hold joy in our heart even though we may have other external emotions; to empower all parts of us and to just do Reiki at any time, in any place.
If you are a professional body therapist, Reiki can be a valuable addition to your existing practice.
Reiki Ryoho translates to the divine art of healing and Usui Shikki Reiki Ryoho is the Usui style of Reiki Ryoho.
Holy Fire ®Reiki is a new form of Reiki which has been introduced by William Lee Rand of the International Centre for Reiki Training (ICRT) USA. It is both powerful and gentle and can assist with self healing, empowerment and guidance. It is included as part of all my Usui Reiki classes.
This energy works alongside traditional Usui Reiki. Many people find that the Holy Fire energy is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness.
In Holy Fire® Reiki, the attunements are called Placements.

This course focuses on self-healing. Learning Reiki
During this class, the student receives their first Attunements/Initiations which turn the light on. It is similar to putting the key into the lock and opening the door with just a crack.
The student is open to the idea of utilizing Reiki for not just themselves but for animals, food, plants, and their environment.
After Level 1 training, students may begin to notice Reiki energy flows through their hands. This can help to re-establish balance and harmony on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. After this workshop, you will be able to provide Reiki for yourself, your family, and friends.
This course includes 10 + hrs training held over two days, a comprehensive manual, and ongoing support via a regular Reiki share group or further workshops.
If you would like to begin Learning Reiki and bring a group of friends along to learn together, I am happy to accommodate dates and times to suit you.
Focuses on the mental and emotional level. You learn to elevate your spiritual awareness and how to increase your Reiki energy capabilities.
This course is open to all students who have completed First Degree Reiki (Level 1) with Caterina or with another Reiki Master (please provide a copy of your level 1 certificate)
Students learn three Reiki symbols which originate from the ancient histories of Japan, Tibet and India and set Reiki apart from other other energy techniques. These sacred symbols are keys, or triggers, that activate a higher, more refined energy transference. Each symbol carries its own path, its own vibration and its own function.
You will learn what each sacred symbol represents, how they function and how to use them and have time to practice using the symbols and techniques.
Students learn how to send Reiki healing by distance which includes sending Reiki to somone around the world or just across town.
After this course, you are considered as a Reiki practitioner. As well as providing Reiki for yourself, family and friends, you will be able to provide Reiki for paying clients if you wish to do so.
Caterina recommends that on completion of this level, students join Reiki NZ Inc, whereby they follow the code of conduct and professional ethics of this professional body.

Becoming a Reiki Master is a serious step in your own development and mastership of “self”
This full three day course is taught as the Usui/Holy Fire® III style of Reiki that is a combination of the Usui system as taught by Mrs. Takata, and a special Holy Fire® III style. The Usui and Holy Fire® III master symbols are included along with the Ocean of Holy Love and the Holy Love meditation experience, Holy Fire® Healing Experience, Healing in the River of Life and many additional techniques not usually taught by others. The training is intensive and very thorough.
This is an excellent class for those wanting to be Reiki masters as well as those Reiki masters who want to deepen their understanding of Reiki and increase the effectiveness of their Reiki energies. It is also an excellent class for those interested in self-healing and spiritual development.
