About This Course
This course includes the full traditional Usui Reiki Level 1 teachings, alongside the Usui/Holy Fire ® system giving you a complete and well-balanced foundation in Reiki.
You will learn the original principles, hand positions, and practices of Usui Reiki, combined with the refined energy and modern approach of Holy Fire® Reiki.
The word “Holy” in Holy Fire ® is not religious. It means “to make whole” and refers to a gentle, universal healing energy that supports balance, well-being, and personal growth.
Holy Fire ® Reiki is both powerful and gentle, working continuously to support healing, emotional well-being, inner peace, and spiritual growth.

About Your Teacher
This course is taught by experienced Reiki Master/Teacher Caterina Findsen, who has been teaching Reiki for over 13 years.
Caterina’s teaching style is calm, supportive, and inclusive, creating a safe and nurturing space for learning and personal growth.
She is a member of Reiki NZ Inc, and all classes meet official Reiki NZ guidelines. I offer gentle, ethical, and personalised Reiki training in small groups or private settings.
My teaching style is practical, supportive, and grounded, helping you build confidence in your own abilities and develop a strong foundation in Reiki.
I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive learning environment where you feel supported during and after your training.
